Breakfasts were enjoyable.
Liked the place, had an enjoyable stay on a 10 day vacation. The staff members were attentive. The restaurant was great and the food was hot. Everything was simply nice.

had a truly memorable stay in a better vacation, glad i've chosen it. comforts of absolutely gorgeous and bright comfort room in a very modern style were fabulous. the location was great and super, within walking distance of anne of cleves house. the hotel was in a lovely area, short walk to camps bay and a hop skip to cape town and the waterfront as well as shops and restaurants.

The Walden Suites is a clean and stylish destination that boasts stunning views of the sea. the budget room offers a luxurious bathroom, and guests can enjoy a very comfy bed along with excellent service. Its prime location allows for a pleasant, short walk to the beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, as well as various local restaurants. it's just a short stroll from the Priory Ruins, making it a perfect spot for exploration.

I had perfect stay at walden suites and do recommend. A living area, a couch and a bed worked well and the bed was great...

Everything! The hotel is great with very friendly staff (intern students from Germany) and the house is very nice. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is huge! We stayed in the back side, but still had a view of the ocean and the mountains from the balcony, I can only imagine how nice the front side rooms are, probably worth the extra charge... The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold options. Location is great, close to town (but not inside noisy downtown) and very close to clifton and camps bay beaches. The pictures in this website do not make justice to how nice this hotel is.

Review for The Walden Suites, Cape Town
We had a guest room featuring an extremely comfy bed, a safe box, a sofa bed, and a charming stone fireplace. the stunning central location is perfect, right next to the hop-on bus stop and the ocean. It’s surrounded by fantastic dining options, and it's just a short distance from Camps Bay and the vibrant Cape Town Waterfront.

Wow, this was a fantastic discovery, my wife and I travel to Cape Town often and this Hotel has managed to succesfully integrate the familiarity aspect of a B & B with the privacy element of a Hotel, at a reasonable rate, together with a wonderful view, stunning rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a great ambience. As it is situated in a great area with easy access to all attractions and the City Bowl it is perfect for any visit.

Beware! This is not a hotel, it's a guest house with only 9 rooms and very limited service. Located in a nice residential area, it's a bit far from restaurants and action, unless you have a car, in which case there is good parking available. The rooms are comfortable —some with great views— and nights are quiet, unless you are there when the owner's daughter has a party with her friends until very late at night. This happened to us and it spoiled our stay. Unacceptable! It might have been better if the owner had been there, but he was on a business trip abroad. The two young German interns tried their best to run the place, but it needs more professionalism if it is to be considered a hotel. For a b&b guest house it's quite expensive too. For us, coming from Thailand where hospitality is excellent and cheap, it was quite disappointing. Next time we'll stay at an international hotel

Good location, nice view and spacious rooms.
Wi-fi not free, pool not very nice, service level and attitude of the staff rather poor.

The balcony room at Walden Suites had the most amazing view of Table Bay. The room itself was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were always on hand to assist and the breakfasts were simply delicious. One highlight was the well-stocked kitchen with a great coffee machine, perfect for a cup of tea after a long day of exploring. The garden and pool area provided a peaceful oasis for relaxation. Plus, the location was convenient, within walking distance of the hop-on bus route.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a late breakfast till 11am, perfect for my lazy mornings. The back terrace was a haven of privacy, ideal for sipping cocktails. The staff were so helpful, they even booked me a shark cage diving experience!
I'm Miss Picky, so I didn't like having so many HOT SPOTS in such a wonderful city. How can I enjoy them all?
